Buy, sell, and switch orders can be placed through VirtGate and the client files, transactions, and commissions will automatically be importing and updated. VirtGate is also able to accept and support data integration from a wide variety of carriers and other management systems. We make the process of importing or exporting your data seamless, so you can save time and focus on your business.

Document Management

VirtGate Back Office comes with a complete document managing system. Users are able to upload multiple documents quickly and efficiently, all within in a paperless environment. These documents can be categorized, allowing for optimal organization and easy searching capabilities. All documents are easily accessible through Internet on any computer, for any authorized user.

FundSERV Integration

VirtGate Back Office supports fully automated fund processing through FundSERV. Buy, sell, and switch orders with ease. With full automation, all client files, transactions, and commissions files are updated in VirtGate Back Office. On each Agreement Anniversary, the Monthly Fee will be adjusted according to this Schedule:

* A Secondary Database has the same owner, common invoicing, and shares the same VirtGate Administrator as the Primary Database. There can be more than one Secondary Database on the same account.
** If VirtGate Record Count exceeds 100,000 the schedule continues in 10,000 Rate Class bands with $249 increments in the Monthly Fee.
